Located on one of the quieter outer rim streets, lush landscaping on both sides, no neighbors across from you, and backed up against a preserve, this site offers up enjoyable peace and privacy. The tall preserve trees provide that highly coveted shade over the back patio as early as 3pm. The site also has a nice grassy space that adds both dimension and an open feeling while relaxing out on the back patio. The dining table and chairs are covered under a large umbrella while the back patio seating area includes sofa style seating with a fire pit table and a large porch swing.
